Where Canola Oil Comes From

These fields of yellow flowers are all over the countryside! They're very pretty, the flowers smell decent enough, and the seeds are harvested to produce canola oil.
Also? The plant is commonly known as rape, which is a ridiculously jolting name. As in, "Just smell that rape!"

I'm pretty sure that's the Wrekin [wree-kin] in the background. Mary and I got a little lost and ended up driving all the way around it.
